2023 was truly transformative for me, both personally and professionally.

Among the numerous lessons from the year, I developed a profound appreciation for simplicity. The year began with a life-altering class on adaptive leadership, providing a framework for reflection and the ability to navigate complexity. It guided me in simplifying my personal mission and passion. This path led me to Bluebeam, which is a living proof of the power of simplicity. Our customers and users cherish the product for its straightforwardness, staying true to its vision of simplifying the lives of those who build. 2023 presented extraordinary opportunities for growth. Graduating from Harvard, pursuing a mission-driven sports startup, consulting for DARPA, leading a talented team at Bluebeam, and joining a dynamic leadership team at Nemetschek are among the exceptional opportunities I'm fortunate to have. This year helped me refine my passion for innovation and understand the role it can play to solve major global challenges.

Reflecting on this year deepens my gratitude for life's opportunities and the support from my family, friends and professional network, enabling me to pursue them. These experiences allowed me to follow my passions, refine my personal mission, and gain a better perspective on those less fortunate.
